The current trend is to move away from light points in favor of linear lighting, which is based on LED strips.

LED strips are popular due to their low price and proven quality. Of course, their reliability largely depends on carefully carried out assembly.

During operation, the belt generates heat that must be dissipated from it. Otherwise, the tape may wear out prematurely. Special aluminium GLAX profiles are used to dissipate heat from the belt. In order to effectively dissipate heat from the tape to the aluminum profile, the tape must adhere to it with its entire surface. Therefore, before pasting the LED strip into the GLAX profile, it is necessary to degrease its center.

LED strips find a wide range of applications both in homes and office spaces. You can use them to illuminate the kitchen, dressing room, reception, showcases and even walls and ceilings.

LED strip 2835 with its entire length, i.e. 5 m, consumes 78 W, while 1 meter consumes only 21 W. The strip can be cut every 5 cm, remembering that the cut should be made in a specially marked place. Tapes powered by 24 V are characterized by smaller drops in brightness over long distances.

An important parameter of LED strips is the density of the arrangement of diodes. The more densely they are arranged, the more even the line of light we get. In this case, 600 diodes, i.e. 120 / m, are arranged along the entire length of the tape.

You should also pay attention to the width of the LED strip to be able to paste it into the profile without any problems. This index is 10 mm wide.

The expected delivery time is always shown on the product page. Most products that we have in stock are shipped the same day. The evening before delivery, you will receive tracking information with a time window for the delivery. Important to know: the drivers of our chosen carriers deliver the products to the front door on the ground floor.

Also, for larger products such as granite sinks, large fragile sinks, cabinets, etc., you will receive a tracking code in the evening. These products are not delivered to the neighbors and a signature is required, so someone must be home to receive the product. Note: these large products are not delivered on Saturdays!

If the delivery of a large product fails on the first attempt, the carrier will contact you via email or SMS to send you a schedule so you can choose a time when you will be home.

Delivery surcharges of €30 to €100 apply for shipments to islands, due to additional logistical costs such as water transport and limited accessibility, and there are surcharges for pallet shipments for transporting fragile and heavier products.
